If the cylinder leakage still occurs after the replacement of the gasket, the pressure value can not reach a certain rotary cylinder diameter strength, and the screw opening of the hydraulic cylinder is worn out, it should be used after welding, deburring, increasing the hydraulic oil seal, and then pressurizing again to test the pressure rotary strength of the cylinder, so that the normal pressure value of the cylinder rod can be used normally when it rotates.
Pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and other components are worn, and the resistance of oil is too large. For example, the inner diameter of pipeline and the flow rate of demand are not suitable. Perhaps because the valve standard is too small and the energy loss is too large, there is a heat source nearby. Solutions for large radiation heat are as follows: lowering the pressure to the appropriate level to improve the unloading circuit planning under satisfactory operating conditions; checking the electric control circuit and the corresponding valve movement. To reduce unloading pressure; when high pressure and low pressure and large flow, choose variable pump, change large accumulator, repair accumulator, clean or replace oil filter; refuel to regular oil level, replace oil suitable for viscosity, check cooling water system, replace and repair solenoid water valve; replace and repair electric fan, clean, repair or replace cooler, refit cooling system or increase tank capacity. Replacement of worn components, equipment suitable for scale pipes and valves, selection of heat insulation material reflector or change the place of placement, installation of ventilation, cooling equipment, etc. Choose suitable working oil. The low pressure of hydraulic pipe lock machine may be caused by improper adjustment of relief valve. It can adjust the pressure of relief valve progressive system. The speed of motor has nothing to do with the flow rate of your pump and does not affect the pressure of your system.
